MILLER AND SON EXPANDS COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS TEAM
Estate Agents, Miller&Son, has added an accomplished and experienced Valuer and Surveyor to its busy Truro-based Commercial and Business Transfer Department.
Steve DeâAth has over 25 years of experience in the business covering all aspects of both commercial and residential agency specialising in land development and estate management throughout the South West.
His primary role with Miller&Son will be the valuation and sale of commercial, industrial and retail premises throughout Cornwall and West Devon.
Steve is a professionally qualified estate agent and has been a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1996. In his spare time Steve is also studying for a degree with the College of Estate Management which leads to accreditation with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Steve worked for the Miller family 20 years ago before moving on to broaden and extend his experience in the industry working with both major regional house-builders and in asset management.
In the last six years he has worked as Estates Manager for the FTSE 100 listed multinational manufacturing Rotolok Group, was Land Manager for Cornish Homes and Head of Land Management for Cavanna Homes.

Steve lives near St Columb and enjoys keeping fit, outdoor hobbies and spending time with his young family.
