Vickery Holman has commenced marketing commercial development land at Walker Business Park on the Threemilestone Industrial Estate, just outside Truro.
The site measures 1.1 acres and benefits from planning permission for two blocks of industrial units (six units in total), but offers scope for alternative development subject to statutory consents.
