Coodes Solicitors has been recognised for continued excellence in client and staff care.
The firm has once again maintained its Investors in People (IIP) accreditation and has also been reaccredited with Lexcel, the Law Society’s quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and client support.
The news comes as Coodes marks a year of positive growth, which has seen business increase across a number of legal services from commercial property to dispute resolution.
“It is fantastic to once again achieve both of these reaccreditations,” said HR manager, Becky Hosken.
“They are like a health check for the business, to make sure we maintain our high standards both on the legal and the employment sides.”
After having a really rubbish solicitor, we moved to Coodes and I’m so glad that we did, they sorted out the problem we were having in 3 weeks, where as the previous solicitors had been trying for 6 months.
