With the housing market experiencing growth in the private rented sector, three Cornish organisations are joining forces to host a seminar to advise on all aspect of buy to let investment.
Taking place on Tuesday, March 24, at Epiphany House, Truro, the event is being hosted by Truro-based independent financial advisers, Worldwide Financial Planning, estate agents Stags and chartered accountants Francis Clark.
The seminar will focus on the type of property to buy, preferred locations, yields, tax advice, buy to let finance, landlord insurance and key changes to landlord legislation.
Ronan Marrion, Worldwide Financial Planning’s mortgage expert, said: “We are experiencing an increased level of interest in buy to let property investment.
“We’ve had a lot of feedback from potential buy to let investors wanting to know about the market, and so we thought the best way to do this was to hold a specific event on the subject.”
The seminar starts at 6.30pm and includes a welcome drink and buffet.
