Bustopher Jones Bar & Bistro in Truro is under new ownership.
The restaurant has been bought from commercial property specialist, Charles Darrow, after going into receivership last October.
Its new owner is Wild Animal Ltd, which is part of a London-based bar and restaurant group.
Wild Animal, which secured the property in excess of the £495k guide price, plans to further reinvest in Bustophers ahead of a re-launch.
