A special event focusing on mental health in the workplace has been announced for the Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre this autumn.
The seminar, on November 4, will offer a range of information for managers/owners of SMEs.
- Practical guidelines on how to broach the subject with an employee who may be suffering from mental ill-health
- Options of how to support the employee and their colleagues. Understanding the choice and opportunities available to best support the individual and your team
- The confidence to discuss and implement practical steps where needed
- Local contacts for support in the future
