Fine art auctioneer Bonhams has taken on a new lease to move into offices on Truro’s Lemon Street.
The Grade 2 listed property provides 1,501 sq ft of office accommodation over two floors with the added benefit of up to six parking spaces to the rear.
Bonhams will carry out works to refurbish and redecorate the property prior to taking occupation.
It has been let by property consultant Alder King, and head of agency Tom Duncan said: “It’s unusual for individual self-contained buildings with car parking to become available in this location. Bonhams secured the property before it could be formally advertised.”
Bonhams has taken a ten-year lease at a rent rising to £20k pa over the first five years.
