A Cornish metal recycling company has been praised for its family values at a national awards ceremony held at London’s May Fair Hotel.
St Austell-based Henry Orchard and Sons was commended for Family Business of the Year in the south west, Thames Valley and south wales region, placing it as runner-up in the category.
They were judged by a panel of established practitioners from family firms and experts within the advisory sector.
MD, Henry Orchard, said: “Family is at the heart of everything we do which is why we are so thrilled to receive this recognition, especially considering the steep competition from other family firms in the category.”
