Coodes Solicitors has launched two new schemes aimed at helping SMEs navigate their way through increasingly complex employment laws.
Designed for businesses with under 20 employees, ‘Coodes’ HR for Small Business’ offers advice on a range of employment issues, such as recruitment, pay and flexible working.
Subscribing to the service gives firms access to one of Coodes’ dedicated employment solicitors for between £15 and £20 a month.
For businesses that want more occasional advice and support, ‘Coodes’ HR Pay As You Go’ scheme offers one-off 20-minute consultations with a specialist employment lawyer for £25.
Former managing partner, Jeremy Harvey, who has stepped into a new role to lead and develop the firm’s employment law practice, said: “With recent changes to parental leave and a call for an end to zero hours contracts, all businesses face the challenge of meeting fast-changing legislation.
