James Strawbridge, local chef and sustainable living expert, has gone into partnership with the Eden Project and their ‘Eden Extra-ordinary’ range will be on sale there from this February half term.

Strawbridge and Eden’s range of pasties is made with locally sourced ingredients and is designed to showcase the best of what Cornwall has to offer.

“It’s a great opportunity for us,” said Strawbridge. “Working with the Eden Project is a dream come true for me. We’ve got some exciting ideas in the pipelines and look forward to showcasing the range to Eden’s visitors.”

In order to keep up with demand, Strawbridge has recently started working with Indian Queens-based Crantock Bakery to help fulfil his orders.

Crantock MD, Matthew Hurry, is delighted to be working with Strawbridge and said: “He’s a visionary. We’re really looking forward to seeing what he brings to the table next. We love working with businesses in Cornwall, especially those that are trying something a bit different.”
