A Cornish microbrewery is stepping up to the table with a collaboration with a top London gastro pub.
Owners and staff from The Bull and Last, in Highgate, north London – recently ranked as the 11th best gastro pub in Britain – are to visit Cornish Crown Brewery, at Badger’s Cross, Penzance, to gain an insight into the brewing process.
Cornish Crown head brewer Josh Dunkley said: “The Bull and Last is taking caring about the beer they serve to a whole new level by helping brew a beer specially for their clientele.”
A team from The Bull and Last will be brewing at Cornish Crown from March 17, to March 20.
Dunkley added: “The resulting brew will be exclusively available at the Bull and Last and I’m looking forward to seeing the team roll up their sleeves, don the gum boots and get to work while gaining a unique insight into the beer’s provenance.”
