Luxury Falmouth hotel offering a quality spa service is looking to recruit an Head Therapist/Spa Manager who is able to lead and motivate a strong team of therapists and receptionists to deliver an outstanding service and grow the business.
The role will require the successful candidate to develop the range of treatments, products and services offered by the Spa in conjunction with agreed suppliers
The successful candidate will be expected to maximise spa profitability through promoting sales, in house and in conjunction with marketing and reservations, building repeat purchase, efficient procedures and systems.
Applicants must have been successful in Spa Manager /Head Therapist/ lead therapist role – managing, motivating and controlling a team of therapists
He/she will also have budget management experience in terms of sales and costs control
Good treatment knowledge/experience of massage (Swedish, Hot Stone & Aromatherapy), Facials, Nails, pedicure, waxing/ tinting etc. ESPA experience would be useful.
You will have a good Retail knowledge/ experience and able to achieve retail targets and experience in training retail sales techniques.
The successful candidate will be qualified to at least NVQ3/ CIBT minimum qualifications.
