Cornish seafood specialist Paul Trudgian will take to our TV screens this month when he appears on a BBC programme that aims to find the country’s next top fishmonger.
Fish for Thought founder Trudgian will appear on BBC Three’s Young Fishmonger of the Year programme as a lead judge, on December 14.
The show, which is the latest in a series of programmes, aims to find the very best young tradespeople, and sees the aspiring fishmongers sharpen their knives and battle it out over four rounds.
Bodmin-based Fishforthought.co.uk is a specialist online retailer, selling only the finest fish and seafood and was the first online retailer to achieve MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) accreditation.
