Coodes Solicitors has added to the commercial property team at its Truro office.
She commented: “When I decided to leave my previous firm, I knew that I wanted to live closer to the coast, so that I could get out on the water more often and brush up my sailing skills.
“I was looking to join a firm which was both proactive in the current market and professional, but at the same time offered a friendly environment to work in.
“Coodes particularly appealed to me as it was able to offer to me the work I wished to specialise in, which includes a broad spectrum of commercial property matters and business transfers.”
It was Dunkley’s extensive experience in commercial property that impressed Coodes. Partner, Peter Lamble, said: “We’ve seen a clear upturn in the amount of work we are carrying out in that area, so it made sense to bring Paula on board.
