The Hustyns holiday resort near Wadebridge has been put on the market, seeking offers in excess of £3 million.

Set within a 70-acre estate, the purpose-built country hotel offers 37 luxury bedrooms, extensive banqueting facilities and leisure and spa facilities.

CLC World Resorts and Hotels has owned and operated Hustyns for its own specific requirements since 2006, mainly for members within its worldwide vacation club.

Matthew Smith, director at Christie + Co, which has been appointed to handle the sale, commented: “Hustyns provides an exciting opportunity with tremendous future potential for an experienced owner/operator to capitalise on the uniqueness of this quality property, idyllic location and immediate surroundings.”
