Planning permission for the addition of guest rooms has been granted to the owner of a north Cornwall pub. The offering is expected to launch in Spring 2016.
A barn which is currently used for storage purposes, and situated adjacent to St Tudy Inn, will be converted into four double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom facilities. It will be able to accommodate up to eight guests in total.
Chef and owner, Emily Scott, said: “Many of our customers ask if we have accommodation too, and it has always been my dream to offer somewhere for people to stay as well as eat.
“The food and customer experience at St Tudy Inn are both incredibly important to me, and I think offering rooms will only add to this experience.”
