Two local tourism organisations have collaborated to bring out a new accommodation guide.

The Falmouth Accommodation Guide is the joint effort of The Falmouth and District Hotel Association (FDHA) and the Fal River Visitor Centre and replaces their previously separate schemes.

The new package will allow hotels, B&BS, campsites, self-catering cottages and other accommodation providers to promote their offering on the Visit Falmouth website, at the Fal River Visitor Centre, through continuing FDHA events, communications and social media channels, as well as in the newly launched guide.

The Falmouth Accommodation Guide will be distributed by post to an extensive mailing list, helping visitors plan their break to this popular part of Cornwall.

Shaun Davie from FDHA explained: “By bringing our once separate memberships together we aim to strengthen our message, encouraging more people to visit Falmouth and the surrounding areas and to use our recommended services during their stay.”
