Savills, on behalf of Mr and Mrs Mombelli, has brought Tredethy House, Helland Bridge, Cornwall to the market at a guide price of £1.65 million.

Tredethy House

The grade II listed manor house is set in 7 acres (2.8 hectares) and dates back to Tudor Times. It was the home of Prince Chula of Thailand until the late sixties, and comprises a reception hall and lounge area, the Trattoria Restaurant, 11 en-suite bedrooms and a four bedroom detached lodge. The house was converted into a country house hotel in the late 1960’s and the current owners have significantly refurbished the hotel.

Martin Rogers, director of regional hotels at Savills, comments: “With beautiful and original period features, significant accommodations and extensive gardens and grounds, Tredethy House is an appealing hotel investment. Moreover with its close proximity to mainline rail station Bodmin Park, which offers direct services to London, the hotel appeals to both UK and international visitors and therefore we anticipate a strong level of interest.”
