Now open for entries across 21 categories, the awards are available to all tourism-related businesses and now in their thirteenth year, are a recognised symbol of excellence and quality.

This year new titles are up for grabs with the introduction of a dog-friendly category, as well as one focusing on access and inclusivity.

The categories for attractions and camping, caravan and holiday parks have also been redefined to reflect the varying business types.

Malcolm Bell, head of Visit Cornwall, the Cornwall Development Company tourism service, said: “The Cornwall Tourism Awards shine the spotlight on what makes Cornwall such a successful place to visit and celebrate the industry’s passion for brilliance.

“Every year they showcase ever increasing standards from a broad range of businesses and I look forward to welcoming entries from previous winners as well as new contenders.”

The awards will culminate with a grand gala event in November when the winners will be announced.

The deadline for entering is midnight on 29 June.
