A Cornish boutique hotel popular with the celebrity set has come onto the market with a guide price of £2 million.
The Grade II listed Nansloe Manor just outside Helston is, in the words of Savills director, Martin Rogers, “one of the finest small hotels I have offered for sale”.
The present owners purchased the property in 2004 and since then it has been completely refurbished and refitted, featuring 15 bedrooms and suites, a 70-cover restaurant, a private cinema, a small spa with gym and an exercise pool.
In recent years, a number of leading celebrities have stayed at the hotel, including Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Matthew Fox and Quantum of Solace director, Marc Forster.
