A 3-Star hotel in north Cornwall is set for a new lease of life after being sold to a local hotelier off a guide price of £850k.
The 29-room Hartland Hotel in Bude has been sold to the Janse-Van Rensburg family, which already owns two other hotels in the town.
Wayne Janse-Van Rensburg said: “We have an exciting new concept for the redevelopment of the Hartland Hotel to ensure it fits in with our existing group of boutique hotels – all of which contribute significantly towards the local economy and provide much needed employment for local people.”
