The Helston-based tourism attraction, Flambards, has layed off 19 members of staff.
The theme park, which has been on the market since May, said in a letter to employees that the sale was “taking longer than hoped” but it was “hopeful” it will be completed by December.
“Until then”, the letter read, “we deeply regret it is necessary to lay off a number of our loyal staff and reduce the hours of others as the sale process continues”.
