Management reports indicate 2013 has yielded record sales for one of Cornwall’s leading luxury holiday letting specialists.
With its property portfolio increasing by over 35% since the start of 2013, Cornish Gems should end the year having achieved £3 million in gross holiday sales for property owners.
And looking forward to the year ahead, advance sales for 2014 already indicate early success.
Managing co-director, Julianne Shelton, is confident that all Cornish Gems property owners can be reassured by the fact that 20%-25% of 2014’s bookings should be secured by January 31.
She said: “2013 has been a fantastic year for Cornish Gems. Many factors have contributed to our success including the opening of two new regional offices, development of our new website, enhanced sales and marketing initiatives, plus the remarkable weather!
