Truro-based holiday park operator Kerdene Ltd has sold one of its holiday parks in north Cornwall.

Rosewater Park in St Teath has been taken over by David Light, who has some major investment plans for the facility.

He said: “We’re embarking on a continuing expansion programme for Rosewater, aiming to completely redo the park. We have some fabulous new homes arriving in January and are currently laying a new car park”.

Kerdene is now focusing its attention on its St Merryn Park near Padstow. Currently in the final stage of development, the park has recently undergone a major refurbishment.

“We are really pleased with the recent improvements at St Merryn Park,” said marketing manager Nicky Lott. “The park now has a Londis shop onsite as well as a bar and diner which have proved very popular with the locals and holiday owners alike.”
