Retallack Resort and Spa is to become the home of O’Neill Wetsuits UK. The resort will be the testing centre for the wetsuit division of the international surf brand.

Resort manager Amy Keyter said: “This is incredibly exciting news for the Loop Flowrider at the Retallack Resort and Spa. O’Neill Wetsuits UK sees our vision to be the South West’s leading family activity resort. “

O’Neill is investing further in the relationship with a concession at the Loop Flowrider store where guests will be able to browse an extensive range of wetsuits. The surf brand will also be providing wetsuits for all instructors and visitors, as well as significant on-site branding.

Steven Peters, european marketing manager, O’Neill commented: “O’Neill Wetsuits UK is delighted to make the Loop Flowrider at Retallack Resort and Spa its UK testing base. It’s a terrific location, right in the heart of Cornwall, the home of British surfing.”

The deal comes after a recent announcement that the resort would be opening its first cable wakeboarding pool, the Wake Park, in August. Retallack is already in talks with the Wakeboarding Federation with the aim of making the resort its UK training centre for the UK team.
