A new range of natural toiletries has been released, born out of a friendship between two prominent businesswomen in Cornwall.
Porthdune is the result of a collaboration between Seafood Restaurant co-founder Jill Stein and Amanda Barlow, founder of Made for Life Organics.
Stein had long wanted to work with Barlow in the creation of a very particular product range. In 2016 the plan came together, and the result is a range of 100% natural amenities, that can be found in all the Rick Stein properties, as well as being sold at the shop in Padstow and online at rickstein.com.
Inspired by the “beauty of the Cornish coast”, the formulations include ingredients such as seaweed, aloe vera, geranium and ylang ylang.
Barlow said: “Jill is an exceptional woman and I am thrilled to have created fragrances within a skincare and homecare range for her that encapsulate her vision of magical Cornwall.
“The team here at Made for Life Organics pride ourselves on the bespoke products we make for our partners, and we are delighted with this fantastic product.”
