Specialist Helston-based flooring shop, Carpet Connection, has appointed a new senior sales advisor.
Jeremy Richards has joined the company following more than 20 years’ service at Oliver & Son furniture store in Coinagehall Street, which closed its doors for the final time just before Christmas.
He commented: “Having worked for so many years at one well-respected family business in Helston, it’s fantastic to be able to continue working for another well-respected family-run business in the town.”
Carpet Connection’s MD, Kevin Williams, added: “I am delighted to have Jeremy on board. We had been looking for a new member of staff for a while and we’re happy to have now found the right man for the job.”
Carpet Connection, on Water Ma Trout Industrial Estate in Helston, supplies carpets, vinyls and rugs from many leading brands including Axminster, Brintons, Brockway, Abingdon and Adams.
