The Kazbah in Truro is set to re-open its doors next week following an extensive refurbishment programme.
New landlord Kris Wicketts said: “I had been looking for the perfect pub for over two years. When we found the Old Kazbah building, I knew it was perfect for me and couldn’t wait to take over.
“Our aim for the pub is to re-create a friendly Cornish village pub atmosphere right in the heart of the city – the Kazbah is a real hidden gem and we’re hoping with the new developments will help to put our venue on the map in Truro.”
The pub is also launching an evening event schedule with an Open Mike session on Monday nights, where everyone is welcome to come along and perform
The Kazbah, in Quay Street, re-opens on September 9.
