Miller Commercial has appointed a new head for its business transfer, hotel, leisure and licensed premises department.
And Graham Timmins, who has been working in the Cornish property market since 1999, reports that the New Year has got away to an encouraging start.
He said: “We are currently negotiating deals on several high end value leisure parks guesthouse/hotels worth several million pounds. All the signs are things will stabilise over the coming months.”
