The Strand Shopping Centre in Bude is to be auctioned off next month by The Property Action Group.
The Strand, which overlooks the canal and is within close level walking distance of the beach, contains 12 retail units and a restaurant with current tenants including gift shops, hairdressers and an internet café. The arcade also provides cloakroom facilities for staff and customers.
Each shop in The Strand has a Tenancy at Will and pays a rent along with a service charge for the upkeep and maintenance of the main arcade. When fully let, the rental income totals approximately £42.5k.
The Strand will be offered for sale by auction, by The Property Auction Group on Thursday September 17 at a guide price of £300k.
