Cornwall Council chief executive Kevin Lavery addressed a special lunchtime gathering of the Cornwall Chamber yesterday, at Rosewarne Manor.
Afterwards, Matthew Clarke spoke to Lavery about the challenges he has faced while being in the New County Hall hotseat, and about his decision to pack his bags for a similar position on the other side of the world.
