Camborne started down the road of having its own Business Improvement District (BID) last night at a meeting of the town’s chamber of commerce.
Currently in Cornwall, Truro and Falmouth have BID schemes in place, while Newquay is also in advanced discussions to adopt the initiative.
Kernowpods’ Matthew Clarke was at the Camborne Chamber meeting and spoke to the Council’s BID development officer, Mel Richardson, to learn what the BID could mean to the town.
