Helston-based print management company Forms Plus Ltd is under new ownership following a successful management buyout led by director Victoria Andrews.
The sale, for an undisclosed sum, marks the retirement from the print industry for Elwyn Jones, who established the company in 1981 as a supplier of computer and business stationery. With business forms at the core of its products, the company added integrated label forms to its portfolio and is now recognised as one of the UK’s leading suppliers to the mail order and ecommerce industry.
New MD Victoria Andrews commented “We are really excited to be taking the business on. Our management team has a combined service of over 40 years with the company so although there won’t be much of a difference day to day we have some great ideas for our products and services and we’re looking forward to driving the business on in to the future.”
The new management team includes Andrews, sales director Gordon Leer and finance drector Jo Carter.
