It has been a good year for Anja Jones Translation (AJT), and the Cornish boutique translation agency is heading towards 2018 with two new full-time employees and new premises in Newquay.
Ariane Bauer joins as a third project manager and has already organised projects into German, English, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish and Japanese.
Alicia Pretot has joined the ranks of the in-house French team as a new junior translator. She has a master’s degree in translation with a specialism in technical and literary translation.
MD Anja Jones said: “With the arrival of Ariane and Alicia, our team has grown to ten full-time employees, outgrowing our existing headquarters.
“The new offices provide a fantastic translation space, and are once again situated close to the town centre and beaches, so it’s still possible to fit in a lunchtime surf or gym session to maintain that healthy work/life balance.”
