According to Verity Lawson, operations manager at VC Warehouse, the customers subscribing to this service are seeing their phone costs cut by up to 90%:  “Hosted VoIP has turned telecoms on its head and customers no longer have to pay for PBX equipment, ISDN lines, call connection charges or even calls per minute.  Companies of any size, with any number of extensions can use hosted VoIP.

“We are seeing traditional Video Conferencing starting to become accessible to everyone as hosted Video Communications are becoming mainstream and it seemed a natural development for us to dovetail VoIP into our portfolio.”
