A name change, three new members of staff and a new office in Cornwall have all taken place this month for Marsdens Cottage Holidays as it joins forces with Looe and Polperro Holidays.
The holiday letting company, which has been operating in Cornwall for three years, originated in Devon 40 years ago and is one of only five Visit England graded agencies in the South West. Now known as Marsdens Cornish Cottages, the company has opened a new office in Looe.
Adrian Culley, Marsdens South West Manager, said: “We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and we are making some great changes as we grow.”
Marsdens Cottage Holidays in Cornwall will now be called, Marsdens Cornish Cottages, and will be marketed separately through a new website, www.cornish-cottages.co.uk. Marie and Chris Carnell of Looe and Polperro Holidays will manage the office, supported by a new member of staff, Naomi O’Donnell.
Chris Carnell said: “We are delighted that Looe and Polperro Holidays will be working with Marsdens Cornish Cottages. Opening a new office in Looe and employing additional staff represents a real investment in the town and the area.”
