An estate and lettings agency in St Austell has expanded its team after achieving a record month in August.
Liddicoat Sanderson Potter, which is based in Vicarage Hill, has appointed sales negotiator, Lynsey Carroll, and lettings negotiator, Kelly Risley, to the team.
The company now has seven members across its two offices in the town. Liddicoat Sanderson Potter’s partner, David Sanderson, said: “We’re really pleased to welcome Lynsey and Kelly to the team.
“Kelly has been with us on a part-time basis and will now be full-time, while Lynsey joins us after relocating from Plymouth and will help with booking viewings and providing feedback for vendors.
“We’re back up to the level of staff we had before the housing market crash in 2008 and we felt confident that now was the right time to add to the team, especially after recording double the amount of business in August this year compared to last year.”
