Poppy sweeps America

Penzance-based textile giftware company Poppy Treffry has won a contract to supply a leading chain of stores in the US.

Poppy Treffry has attended the New York Gift Fair for the past couple of years, where it first struck up a relationship with lifestyle chain Anthropologie, which has 135 stores in the US, as well as selling globally through its website.

Sales and marketing manager Faye Treffry said: “We’re really pleased to be stocked by Anthropologie as their stores are beautiful and always inspiring.

“We currently have around 15 US stockists so we’re hoping this will benefit them as well with our profile being raised over there. We’ve already had some exciting press requests as a result.”
