Redruth-based computer services company Piran Technologies has become an authorised reseller of the Google Apps suite of communication and collaboration tools.
Piran’s CEO, Mark Wright, explained: “The Google Apps Reseller programme will help us enhance the value of Google Apps for businesses that want to embrace mobile and cloud computing to reduce overheads and their carbon footprint.”
“Using these technologies, internally and for our customers, has allowed us to reduce hardware and associated support costs as well as carbon footprint. At the same time we have drastically enhanced our ability to collaborate and work more efficiently.”
The Google Apps Reseller programme includes resellers, consultants and independent software vendors that sell, service and customise Google Apps for Business for their customers.
Piran Technologies received training, support and deployment services from Google, as well as access to APIs for integrating Google Apps into their customers’ business operations.
