Datasharp UK has signed a strategic agreement to become a core partner with document management company DocuWare.

Under the terms of the deal, Truro-based photocopier/print solutions and telecoms company Datasharp will be able to offer DocuWare’s integrated document management software, as part of its document solutions portfolio.

The deal will help increase Datasharps’ presence in the UK marketplace and CEO Paul McIntosh explained: “We recognise the potential that this new DocuWare solution offers, we understand that today’s successful businesses need to retrieve and store documents in the most efficient and cost effective way possible, our DocuWare system will do this with great ease.

“We have an intuitive piece of software that will clearly show any potential client savings and this can be a great wake up call for businesses that are unaware of just how much resource they allocate to document handling.”

“The Docuware software allows many mainstream business processes such as customer service, accounting, human resources, distribution and manufacturing, to handle thousands of documents at the touch of a button by managing and sharing documentation electronically, therefore potentially saving companies thousands of pounds in wasted man hours.”

Stefan Schindler, director of DocuWare Ltd added: “We are very pleased to have Datasharp UK Ltd on board as a DocuWare partner. With their track record of success, customer service and reputation for creating the right solution for their clients, we are excited about the future in working with Datasharp.”
