Solicitors firm Nalders, which has offices throughout Cornwall, has signed a 15-year lease on two floors of Priority Sites’ Cannis House office development in St Austell.
Nalders is taking the ground and first floors of Cannis House with a total area of 6,222 sq ft (578 sq m). The firm will have 25 staff based there, and expects to have moved in by next month.
Robert McGuffie, Priority Sites’ senior development manager for the south west, said: “Cannis House offers a very high quality business environment and we’re delighted that Nalders have chosen it as their new St Austell base. With easy access and its own car parking we’re expecting strong demand for the last remaining floor.”
Nalders’ St Austell partner, Simon O’Reilly, said: “Cannis House is an ideal building for us and will make a huge difference to our staff and clients as we can bring our three separate St Austell offices together on one site. We’re looking forward to having everyone moved in next month.”
