Less than three months since launching, Cornwall’s eco-friendly fashion brand has notched up nine stockists across the UK.

EKO Sense, created by 27-year-old designer Helen Davies, is now available to buy from shops in the Lake District, Brighton and Norwich.

Closer to home, garments from the collection are stocked at women’s clothing shop BitterSweet in Liskeard.

Davies, based in St Just, said: “I’m over the moon at how well EKO Sense has been received. Some shops are already coming back for second orders and have received lots of great feedback from customers.”

EKO Sense is also available through online stockists, such as www.lifeandhome.co.uk, and yogawear specialists www.lovestretch.co.uk.

Shops that have taken the range include Light Green in Somerset, Stepping Out in Brighton, Pastiche in West Sussex, Purple in Norwich, Two by Two in Cumbria and Cherry Cherry in Devon.

EKO Sense launched in September 2009 with its Autumn/Winter collection, inspired by the rugged Cornish coastline and celebrated St Ives sculptor Barbara Hepworth.

The clothes are all made from eco-friendly, natural fibres, including soyabean protein, bamboo and organic cotton.

  1. Hi I discovered your website by mistake, I was surfing around Bing for New Designer Fashion when I came upon your site, I must say your website is very interesting I just love the content, its amazing!. I’m in a bit of a rush at the moment to completely read your website but I have favorited it and also subscribed for your RSS feeds. I will be back when I free up some time. Bravo for a great site.

  2. I purchased one of the EKO Sense scarves for my nephew’s partners birthday because I was impressed with the design [you could wear it as scarf or shrug] & it felt very soft [think it was a mixture of cashmere & soyabean protein]
