A limited number of extra tickets have been released for this year’s Heliwood Summer Ball in aid of Cornwall Air Ambulance.
The event takes place in the charity’s aircraft hangar near Newquay on Saturday, July 25.
Due to popular demand two additional tables have been made available and Cornish businesses are being encouraged to take advantage of the discounted table rate.
This year’s summer ball is Hollywood Glamour themed, and guests are being encouraged to come along dressed as their favourite Hollywood stars, from Marilyn to Charlie Chaplin.
Following the dinner and fundraising auction there will be a Casino and live music from band Risky Business, before a disco into the small hours.
Guests will also be in with a chance of winning a scenic flight in the Cornwall Air Ambulance helicopter, kindly supported by helicopter operator Medical Aviation Services.
“We’ve also got a couple of other surprises up our sleeves for the night,” said head of fundraising Susie Smith.
“This really is a great chance for local businesses to support a vital local charity whilst treating staff, clients or suppliers to a fun night out in a truly unique setting.”
Tickets cost £70 per person, but local businesses wanting to treat staff, clients or suppliers can take advantage of the reduced table rate of £630 for a table of ten.
Tickets include welcome drinks and canapés, wine on the table, a three course dinner and live entertainment.
