Aspire’s co-founder Matthew Laity said: “For entrepreneurs and business people life can be challenging, stressful and time consuming and it can be difficult to find the time and energy to exercise. Going to the gym as part of your commute makes the routine of exercise easier. We are passionate about exercise and doing it regularly provides you with the strength and energy to perform at your best.

“We are hoping that this may also open up networking opportunities for local business people to engage on a more social level.”

Aspire is a 5,000 sqft fitness and wellbeing centre with a large range of fitness equipment. There is fully qualified staff to give support and advice as well as a timetable of instructor led group exercise classes.
