Cornish Olympic gold medal winner, Ed Coode, will spur business people on during a keynote speech at next month’s Cornwall Business Fair 2014.
In ‘Gold Fever and Legal Lessons’, Coode will talk about the Olympic Games and his rowing career and also the lessons he learnt – which are still relevant to business and his legal career at Coodes Solicitors today.
He will open up about dealing with the unexpected; leadership and how they were forced to put a new crew together just six weeks ahead of the start of the Olympics in Athens.
Coode is the latest of six keynote speakers to be announced for the Cornwall Business Fair 2014, which taking place during Cornwall Business Week, on May 14.
The event, which is being hosted by Cornwall Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Get Set For Growth, will be held at the Health & Wellbeing Innovation Centre in Treliske (10am-4pm).
