Businesses across Cornwall are being invited to a specifically designed half-day Leadership and Management Conference being hosted by Cornwall College Business (CCB) later this week.
The conference will be delivered by CCB’s leadership team on Friday (February 15) , whose real-life industry experience has informed the development of special workshops for the conference, including ‘Managing Change’, ‘Service improvement through enhanced efficiency’ and ‘The impact of leadership styles on performance’.
Business owners, senior managers and team leaders are invited to choose from two workshops, hear from and network with other local businesses, as well as hear about the latest training and development opportunities. Nigel Hawke from TJ International will share his experiences and the results the company has seen through training.
