The new business-led support programme, Unlocking Potential, is launching a series of four workshops.
The workshops will cover some of the most common business concerns – making customers key, succession planning for family or management takeover, leadership skills and digital development.
Unlocking Potential’s director Mark Smith says the workshops will provide guidance, discussion and a platform for shared learning.
He said: “During our Enterprise Heroes launch events we were busy listening to the aspirations and challenges of hundreds of businesses so we know these workshops are delivering on the specific needs for Cornish companies to grow.”
The first workshop – ‘Who Cares Wins’ – will be held at the Pavilion Centre in Wadebridge on April 20 (9am-1.30pm), followed by further events over the following weeks.
