A workshop is being held this month to help local businesses grasp opportunities presented by the London 2012 Olympics.
A series of free half-day events are being held across the region, including one at the Pool Innovation Centre on November 22.
Kim Chang, London 2012 business lead for the south west, said: “The opportunities to get involved with events like the Olympic Torch Relay are very real, particularly as this actually starts in the south west and will bring huge amounts of promotional activity to the region.
“The workshop will show you how to participate in this and all the other events leading up to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games themselves.”
The workshop will also show delegates how to get involved in providing goods and services to the London 2012 Games, as well as helping them get to grips with the highly complicated London 2012 brand regulations that every supplier has to contend with.
