Cornwall College Business (CCB) is hosting a free half-day business event next month, offering taster sessions from a wide range of performance boosting courses.
The event, which is being held at Kingsley Village on Tuesday July 20 (2 pm-4.30 pm), will cover such subjects as marketing, project management, web and print design and employment law.
There will also be an opportunity to find out more about some of CCB’s new courses in e-marketing, environment, carbon management, lean service, leadership and human resources.
Local businesses including Parc Signs, Rock Marine Services and TJ International also be on hand to share their experiences of CCB courses and how training has improved their performances.
Parc Signs’ Andrew Hampton successfully completed the project management course and he said: “The course quickly provided us with the insight to properly analyse crucial processes within our workplace, how to effectively implement change and has resulted in increased efficiency, productivity and longer term profitability.”
