The St Austell Printing Company (SAPC) has launched a new website.

The website is the work of digital marketing agency, Electric Dialogue. CEO, Ben Brougham, explained: “When I first came to SAPC to meet the team, their website in no way revealed what they have here, it was hard to believe it was the same company.

“The original SAPC website just didn’t communicate the professionalism of the place, the people, or their printing expertise. The challenge for our team was how to capture that SAPC sparkle on a website.”

Before starting any development work, Electric Dialogue researched SAPC’s varied customers and how they would use the site.

Electric Dialogue MD, Sam Amps, added: “The first thing we do before developing a website for any client is to really get to know the business and their customers.  During interviews with staff and clients at SAPC, one outstanding theme kept cropping up: a real trust and rapport between SAPC and their customers.

“We wanted to make sure their new website reflected that relationship, and extended it to customers who are dealing with SAPC online as well as in person.”

Peter Moody, MD of St Austell Printing Company, said he was “delighted” with the finished result. “From start to finish, our team really enjoyed working with Electric Dialogue,” he said.

“Deciding to totally redevelop and relaunch a website is a big decision for any company, and we were no exception. From the start, their attention to detail was reassuring and we’re delighted with the site – which was also really good value for money!”
